He earned his first doctoral degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, where he was the first graduate from that campus to receive the coveted Research Honors Award for meritorious research scholarship, recognizing his contribution to the field of medical research. He also attended the IUHS School of Medicine for his medical training (MD), where he is completing his second doctoral degree in Western Medicine.
An expert in alternative and integrative medicine, Dr. Roscoe has served in our nation’s capital at the flagship hospital for active-duty military—Fort Belvoir and Walter Reed–Bethesda—where he was selected from a national candidate pool. During his tenure there, Dr. Roscoe had the unique distinction of serving as the personal physician to members of the President’s Cabinet.
Dr. Roscoe has also practiced abroad, donating his time and expertise across multiple Caribbean islands and in India’s Andhra Pradesh region. For his dedication and humanitarian efforts, he was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Humanitarian Services Diploma from the World Organization of Natural Medicine.
In 2018, Dr. Roscoe founded the New Era Medical Center for Integrative and Regenerative Medicine, where advanced therapies from around the world are combined to deliver truly world-class healthcare. Now a global destination for integrative medicine, the center is led by Dr. Roscoe as Executive Director and Chief Innovations Officer, where he continues to research cutting-edge therapies and advance the field of integrative healthcare.
