DR CHARLES RUNNELS, M.D.
Dr. Charles Runels began his career as a physical chemist at Southern Research Institute before attending medical school at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. After completing his residency and becoming board-certified in Internal Medicine, he spent 12 years as an ER physician, founding the largest group of ER physicians in his state. Dr. Runels later transitioned to private practice, focusing on endocrinology, wellness, cosmetic medicine, and sexual medicine. His innovative work in using blood-derived growth factors for facial rejuvenation led to the development of the Vampire Facelift®, and he founded the Cellular Medicine Association to further research in this field. Dr. Runels is also known for his contributions to the development of the O-Shot® and P-Shot® procedures, enhancing urinary incontinence and sexual function in men and women. He has trained over 5,000 physicians in over 50 countries in these techniques.

DR ALEX RUNNELS, M.D.
Dr. Alexandra Runnels is a board-certified OB/GYN practicing in San Antonio, TX, with over 25 years of experience. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she specializes in urinary incontinence, natural hormone replacement therapy, sexual health, and various gynecologic and aesthetic procedures such as Botox and microneedling. Dr. Runnels has been recognized for her excellence in laparoscopic surgery and has trained with global leaders in aesthetic vulvovaginal surgery. DR TIAN XIA, M.D.
Dr. Tian Xia is a pioneer in Interventional Pain Management and the founder of Tian Medical. He is best known for inventing and patenting the Tx360® Nasal Applicator, a groundbreaking device for treating chronic migraines and other conditions. His innovative work has been recognized in multiple peer-reviewed journals, and his device is currently undergoing a large double-blind randomized controlled trial at institutions like Yale University and Eisenhower Army Medical Center. DR ETHAN KELLUM, M.D.
Dr. Ethan Kellum is a sports medicine-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in interventional and regenerative orthopedics in Nashville, TN. Originally from Henderson, Tennessee, Dr. Kellum pursued his medical degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia and a fellowship in sports medicine at New England Baptist Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Kellum is renowned for his expertise in treating musculoskeletal injuries using non-surgical techniques such as bone marrow concentrate and platelet-rich plasma. In addition to his practice, he serves as a team physician for the Tennessee Titans, showcasing his dedication to sports medicine and orthopedic innovation.

DR IAN WHITE, Ph.D.
Dr. Ian White is a renowned expert in aging and regenerative medicine with two decades of experience in stem cells and tissue regeneration. He earned his BS and MS from Liverpool University, followed by research at Dartmouth College and Harvard University, where he worked on hematopoietic stem cells. Dr. White received his Ph.D. from the Ansary Stem Cell Institute at Cornell University and conducted groundbreaking research on cardiac regeneration at the University of Miami. Currently, he is the CEO and CSO of NeoBiosis, LLC, and serves on the board of the American College of Regenerative Medicine.

Karen Rea is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 23 years of experience in the fields of regenerative medicine, pain management, sports medicine, and rehabilitation. She co-founded My Injection Training, where she plays a pivotal role in teaching accredited courses and has trained over 2,700 medical providers on Ultrasound Guided Injections and Aesthetics. Karen is highly regarded for her expertise and is frequently requested to serve as an expert witness, providing legal analysis in medical cases.
